Job Summary:
Leverify LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Al Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups are regularly performed
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and account management
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN)
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with cloud services and remote support tools
• Knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
