Job Summary

Xilzep LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end-users, and maintain system performance to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Support network connectivity, email systems, and office applications.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when needed.
• Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
