IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our staff and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and patients for all IT related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
  • Maintain and manage user accounts, passwords, and access levels
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Train staff on new software and systems as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
