We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our staff and patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and patients for all IT related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Maintain and manage user accounts, passwords, and access levels
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Train staff on new software and systems as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
