IT Support Specialist (Junior)

We are looking for a reliable and friendly IT Support Assistant to help users with accessing and using our web-based application. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and learning on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic support for users of the web-based application
• Assist users with login issues, account access, and general navigation
• Help users access data in the system
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems when necessary
• Provide in-office support such as access and connectivity help
• Track user issues and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements

• Understanding of web browsers and Windows
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple requests
