An IT Support Specialist is the person who fixes computer and network problems in a company and helps employees use technology properly.

Main Responsibilities

• Install and set up:
• Computers, laptops, printers
• Software and operating systems
• Troubleshoot problems:
• Internet issues
• Slow computers
• System errors
• Provide technical support to staff
• Maintain company IT systems and networks
• Update software and ensure security (antivirus, backups)
• Keep records of IT issues and solutions
