Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users across the organization by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Ensure the smooth operation of IT services and contribute to maintaining a secure, efficient, and high-performance digital environment.


Summary:
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users within the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues to ensure the smooth operation of IT services and maintaining a secure, efficient, and high-performance digital environment.

Job Responsibility:
  • Respond to IT support requests from end-users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords in systems and applications.
  • Conduct regular system updates and upgrades to ensure security and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and improve existing systems.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
  • knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
