IT Support Technician / IT Support Analyst /1st/2nd Support / 1st & 2nd Line Support / IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst
Our client is a global leading high tech company:
-Over 6,500 employees across 20+ offices;
-Fast growing;
-Cutting edge AR and VR technologies, 3D printing, etc.
They are looking for an IT Support technician to join Palo Alto office:
-6 to 12 months experience is ok
-Right hand man to IT support manager on site and be the escalation point for IT issues;
-Troubleshooting mostly Mac OSX plus some Windows OS and Linux OS, IT network, AD, storage, backups and digital workspace technologies such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, JAMF/Airwatch,
-Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, escalate technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA;
-Documentations
-Help with IT network configuration, IT project work and IT inventory
Initially full time contract till the end of 2026 and will extend yearly. W2 employer contract offering $30 per hour plus 50% contribution to medical plan and federal public holidays as PTOs. 5 days on site at Palo Alto office.
Requirements:
-6-12 months experience working as IT support;
-Working knowledge in Gsuite or Mac OSX
-Excellent client facing and problem solving skills, creative thinking and sociable personality
