Propact is seeking a disciplined and proactive IT Support Technician to support day-to-day IT operations and execution across the organisation.
This role acts as the internal coordination point between Propact and the Outsourced IT Team, while also supporting Partners, HR, and the Outsourcing department in operational follow-through.
· Act as the single internal point of contact for the Outsourced IT Team.
· Log, monitor, chase, and escalate IT issues until full resolution.
· Maintain a structured internal IT issue tracker.
· Ensure closure updates are documented and communicated clearly.
· Coordinate access setup and deactivation for new joiners and leavers.
· Support proactive follow-ups on recurring IT matters.
· Maintaining an accurate FAR
· Conducting monthly FAR review and reconciliation between FAR records, Physical inventory, and accounting records
· Tracking asset issuance, transfers, returns, and disposals.
· Ensuring zero discrepancies between records and physical assets.
· Supporting finance in documentation for asset additions and disposals.
· Coordinate procurement of approved IT peripherals and FAR-related assets.
· Liaise with vendors for quotations and delivery coordination.
· Ensure documentation is maintained for all asset additions.
· Maintain proper filing and tracking of procurement records.
· Follow internal approval workflows strictly.
· Provide first-level coordination support for routine IT matters.
· Ensure onboarding IT checklist is executed before Day 1.
· Support offboarding IT retrieval and access closure process.
· Liaise with Outsourcing team for client-specific IT requirements.
· Maintain structured IT process documentation.
Confidentiality & Compliance
· Maintain strict confidentiality of IT credentials, internal documentation, and Partner-level information.
· Support data protection discipline and internal compliance processes.
· Ensure access-related controls are properly executed and documented.
· Follow structured information handling protocols.
· Confidentiality and compliance are critical performance expectations of this role.
Qualification & Skills:
· BS-IT/BS-SE/BSCS or similar
· 2–4 years’ experience in IT coordination, admin operations, or similar role (IT support in corporate sector)
· Experience maintaining asset registers or inventory control
· Strong Excel and tracking skills
· Basic understanding of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
· Strong written and verbal English communication
· Highly organised and process-driven
Preferred:
· Experience working with outsourced IT vendors
· Exposure to compliance or structured office environments
· Experience in professional services or corporate environment
Salary:
Market competitive salary (based on experience and skill set).
