Technical Support Engineer

This is a full-time onsite evening shift role based in Johar Town, Lahore. We are looking for someone who is responsible, punctual, and confident in client communication. If you enjoy solving problems and helping clients succeed, this opportunity is for you.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients use the HRMS platform smoothly. You will interact directly with clients and guide them through system features. Your role will help build strong relationships and long-term trust. You will work closely with the technical and product teams to resolve issues quickly. Your support will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.

  • You will interact with clients to understand and resolve HRMS-related queries.
  • You will provide technical and functional support through calls and emails.
  • You will guide clients on system features, modules, and best practices.
  • You will coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues
  • You will maintain records of client interactions and follow up when needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and handles client concerns with patience. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple words. A strong sense of responsibility is essential. You must be willing to learn the HRMS platform in detail. We value candidates who are dependable and committed to long-term growth.

  • You have good understanding of software systems and basic technical concepts.
  • You communicate confidently with clients in a professional manner.
  • You can troubleshoot problems and provide practical solutions.
  • You are organized and able to manage multiple client queries.
  • You are quick to learn and open to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience in support or customer service.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
