with expertise in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including afternoon and night shifts.
Role Description

Utilize Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems to efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for clients.

Prepare detailed and customized itineraries based on client preferences and needs.

Offer expert advice to clients on various travel options, itineraries, accommodations, and visa/passport requirements to meet their specific desires.

Use
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
tools to maintain client profiles and preferences for personalized service.

Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manage budgets effectively to meet profit or
sales targets.

Analyze travel options and apply competitive pricing strategies to find cost-effective solutions while maximizing company profits.

Offer
holiday packages
and influence clients to choose suitable options.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting travelers before, during, and after their trips.

Skillfully handle customer queries and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain meticulous records of all bookings, payments, and communication with clients to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Prepare and distribute
tour itineraries
to clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most current information.

Continuously update knowledge about visa and passport requirements.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
