Customer Support Agent– Afternoon & Night Shifts

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Shift Timings (9 Hours):

  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM onwards
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM / 8:00 PM onwards (e.g., 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

PlanLab Solutions is a growing professional services company providing structured and reliable customer support solutions to international clients. We are currently hiring Customer Support Agents for Afternoon and Night Shifts at our on-site office in Lahore.

This is a support-only position, no sales, no cold calling, and no commission-based targets.

Job Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through CRM and ticketing systems while delivering a professional, empathetic, and solution-driven support experience. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience handling international customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via CRM and ticketing platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer communication through written and verbal channels with clarity and confidence.
  • Identify customer issues, determine root causes, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Follow internal workflows and guidelines to ensure timely case resolution.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to relevant internal teams when required.
  • Monitor pending tickets, perform follow-ups, and ensure proper closure of cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while managing multiple support tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken, written, and listening) — mandatory.
  • Proven experience in email, live chat, or CRM-based customer support (international campaigns preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Tidio, or similar systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard business applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation with empathy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work Afternoon or Night Shifts, including weekends or holidays if scheduled.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
