Job Summary We are hiring a Healthcare EMR & Telehealth Support Executive responsible for on-ground system trainings, client onboarding, post-implementation support, and account management. This role bridges technology, healthcare operations, and client success — ensuring that healthcare providers successfully adopt and use the platform in their daily clinical and administrative workflows. ______________ Core Role Nature This is a field + office hybrid role, involving: • On-site hospital/clinic trainings • Remote system support • Client relationship management • Workflow implementation ______________ Key Responsibilities System Implementation & On-Site Trainings • Conduct on-ground EMR & Telehealth system trainings for: o Doctors o Clinical staff o Front desk teams • Train users on: o Patient registration o Appointment workflows o Clinical documentation o Billing workflows o Telehealth consultations • Ensure successful go-live and system adoption • Customize training based on facility workflow ______________ Post-Go-Live Support • Provide day-to-day operational support to assigned accounts • Resolve: o User issues o Workflow gaps o Configuration requests • Coordinate with technical and product teams for escalations • Ensure minimum downtime for clients ______________ Account Management • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned healthcare facilities • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews • Monitor:
o System usage o Adoption level o Client satisfaction • Identify opportunities for: o Expansion o Additional modules o Revenue growth per account ______________ Client Onboarding • Manage complete new client onboarding lifecycle • Configure system as per: o Specialty o Facility workflow • Deliver structured user acceptance training ______________ Reporting & Documentation • Maintain training reports & support logs • Prepare: o Account health reports o Adoption reports o Issue resolution tracker ______________ Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: • MBBS/BDS • Healthcare Administration• Business Administration • Computer Science / IT ______________ Experience Required 1–4 years in: • EMR / HIS / Telehealth support OR • Healthcare operations with software exposure OR • Software implementation / client training ______________ Core Skill Set Healthcare + Technical Understanding • EMR workflows • Telehealth workflows • Clinical & front desk operations Training & Communication • Strong presentation skills • Ability to train non-technical medical staff • Excellent Urdu & English communication Account Management • Relationship handling • Problem solving • Client retention mindset Operational Skills • MS Excel / CRM usage • Process documentation • Task tracking ______________ KPIs for This Role • Successful system go-live rate • User adoption % • Client satisfaction score • Training completion score • Average issue resolution time • Account retention
