IT Support Technician

Ready to get out from behind the desk? We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a high-impact, entry-level role perfect for a self-starter who wants to own their work, solve problems quickly and effectively, and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

You won't just be answering phones. You'll be the "boots on the ground" across our facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota, handling everything from software troubleshooting to physical infrastructure that support company wide IT initiatives:

• Support & Troubleshoot: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote users. Maintain IT helpdesk tickets
• Get Hands-On: Install PCs, printers, and/or TVs. Assist with network setup, and other IT Equipment
• IT Projects: Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and company-wide IT initiatives.
• Travel: Move between facilities to keep production humming.

Who You Are

• Early Career: 0–2 years of IT experience (internships count!).
• Technical & Tactical: Familiar with Windows/O365 and comfortable using basic power tools for installations.
• Independent and Reliable: You don’t need to be micromanaged to get things done.
• Adaptable and Flexiable: You enjoy the energy of a manufacturing shop floor and can talk tech with anyone. WIlling to travel to Minnesota and New Berlin, WI on a regular basis
• Communication : Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Active Directory or ERP systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IPs, switches).
• A "can-do" attitude toward learning new skills like PowerShell or SQL.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT support: 2 years (Required)
• Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Office 365: 2 years (Required)
