IT Support Technician

Eway Infosystem is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Monitor system performance and security to ensure smooth business operations
• Assist in the setup of servers, printers, and other network devices
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system logs
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related solutions
• Support data backups, recovery, and system updates
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems, and common business software
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and remote desktop tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
