How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

The IT System Administrator I supports enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems. Performs system administration activities under moderate supervision to maintain availability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud-based environments. Participates in technology implementations, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational objectives.



The IT System Administrator I

  • Performs administration and maintenance of assigned infrastructure systems and platforms.

  • Executes system updates, patching, access management, and configuration changes.

  • Monitors system performance and assists in troubleshooting operational issues.

  • Supports implementation of upgrades, enhancements, and deployment activities.

  • Documents system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Participates in incident response and root cause analysis activities.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise initiatives.

  • Participates in after-hours support rotation as required.





What We Require:

Education: High school diploma required.

Experience: None.

Licensure/Certification: None.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
