Overview:
IT Systems Analyst III Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
HoursL Monday- Friday; Hours will vary.
Hybrid - Must be willing to travel to Downers Grove Corporate Office.
The Systems Analyst III position formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and applicable business systems and industry requirements. This position devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems including analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Systems Analyst III position provides the highest technical level of most phases of the systems lifecycle while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert for at least one functionality area or application which includes fully understanding the application and able to solve unique problems within that application.
- Responsible for identifying new applications/functionality areas to build expertise (40%)Conducts software design, development and maintenance of utilities and applications to solve specific business problems.

Assisting in planning/analyzing of high-level software strategies & solutions through functional and technical expertise including planning/managing upgrades Planning, development, and support for application interfaces Identify ways to foster a team environment.

Look for opportunities to increase the knowledge sharing amongst the rest of the IT department and with our partners and customers.

(40%) Provide training and coaching to other members of the IT department (including Analysts I and II).
- Working with end-users to address and resolve technology issues which arise with daily operational use of supported hardware and software solutions.

Supporting and mentoring less-technical and/or less-experienced system and business analysts during system design and maintenance Support and has knowledge of digital website technology ( content management, ecommerce )
- Interact directly with other team members, physicians, and end-users, to understand business problems and help to identify solutions.
- Working with end-users to help them understand the defined workflows and system functionality. Working with end-users and other team members to identify when new workflows or functionality is required to meet their individual needs.
- Identifying, analyzing, escalating, and resolving critical initiative risks and issues. (20%)Strategic, analyzing information and data to identify trends and patterns.
- Defining and communicating project standards and guidelines around the applications and workflows.
- Documenting system requirements, release notes, test plans, training documentation, etc. as required by our project delivery methodology.
- Coordinate with other administrative and support teams within Duly (i.e., compliance, patient accounts).
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years if incumbent has bachelor’s degree OR 9 years if incumbent doesn’t have bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of work experience in an IT application development role.
- Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, IIS, SharePoint and Website knowledge not required but beneficial.
- Project management experience required.
- Previous experience demonstrating process improvements.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of multi-tier application design and concepts Familiarity with database design and usage.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85,616.75 - $128,425.23 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
