IT Systems Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with hands-on experience across network security, virtualization, server administration, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, the ability to troubleshoot day today issues, and experience managing diverse IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Administer and support Aruba switches, access points, and wireless controllers.
• Manage Cisco switches and access points for LAN/WLAN environments.
• Support Cisco CUCM, including IP phone deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage NAS and SAN storage solutions, including provisioning, performance monitoring, and fault resolution.
• Administer ManageEngine MDM / MEMDM for mobile and device management.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers 2019/2022/2025.
• Manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Servers.
• Manage Microsoft 365 components including Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, and related services.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows OS and macOS in a corporate environment.

• Proven hands-on experience in enterprise network, server, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
