System Analyst

The Job Holder is responsible for implementing, customizing, and support SAP Business One (SAP B1) to streamline and optimize business processes across production, inventory, sales, and finance within .The consultant will ensure that SAP B1 aligns with the company’s operational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific needs such as batch tracking, formulation control, and quality compliance, enabling efficient and scalable business growth.

Business Process Analysis: Understand and analyze end-to-end business operations related to fragrance production, inventory, sales, procurement, and distribution.

SAP B1 Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure SAP B1 modules (Inventory, Production, Sales, Finance) tailored to manufacturing & Distribution.

Batch and Inventory Management: Set up and manage batch/lot tracking, shelf-life management, and stock control for raw materials and finished goods.

Production and Formulation Support: Configure and support BOM (Bill of Materials), production orders, and formulation management aligned with industry best practices

Quality Control & Compliance: Enable QC workflows and documentation (e.g., IFRA, SDS) within SAP B1 to support regulatory compliance and product safety.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop customized reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports or SQL queries for decision-making (e.g., stock aging, batch traceability, profitability).

User Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and support to end-users in departments like production, warehouse, finance, and sales.

Data Migration & Integration: Manage data migration using DTW or other tools; integrate SAP B1 with e-commerce platforms, POS, or warehouse systems if applicable

Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.

Documentation & Testing: Prepare system documentation, SOPs, test scripts, and user manuals for ongoing reference and audits.

Ad hoc Duty: perform other day-to-day activities as assigned by the CEO

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology

Skills Required

Mandatory proficiency in English. (Any other language will be an added advantage).

· Strong Communication and Coordination

· Proficiency in Crystal Reports and SQL HANA is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with SAP B1 tools like Boyum B1UP, Produmex WMS, DTW, or B1iF

Experience:

5–7+ years of experience with SAP Business One implementation and support.

· Experience working in FMCG, perfume, cosmetics, or chemical industries preferred.

· Proficiency in Crystal Reports and SQLHANA is highly desirable.

· SAP B1 / Any other related certification is an advantage.
