IT Systems & Integration Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT professional who will own and drive our internal systems ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring our technology infrastructure supports operations efficiently, integrates seamlessly, and scales with business growth.

This is not just a support role — it is a systems ownership role. The right candidate will proactively improve workflows, connect platforms, and reduce manual effort across departments.

What This Role Owns

1. Systems Architecture & Integration

• Ensure all internal systems (ERP, inventory, eCommerce, CRM, etc.) are connected and aligned.
• Lead API integrations between platforms.
• Reduce dependency on manual processes by implementing automation.
• Maintain integration documentation and system mapping.

2. ERP & Inventory Ecosystem

• Own the performance and reliability of the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate data flow between ERP, marketplaces, and internal systems.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams.

3. Intranet & Internal Tools

• Deploy and manage an internal intranet platform.
• Centralize documentation, SOPs, and internal workflows.
• Improve cross-department visibility and collaboration.
• Ensure access control and information security.

4. IT Operations & Stability

• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and system permissions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and security best practices.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support when required.

5. Process Automation & Scalability

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Improve reporting and visibility through dashboards.
• Prepare systems for future scale.

• Systems talk to each other without breakdowns.
• Minimal manual data entry across teams.
• ERP data is clean, reliable, and real-time.
• Intranet becomes a single source of truth.
• Faster turnaround time for internal IT requests.
• Clear documentation of integrations and workflows.

Ideal Profile

• Strong understanding of ERP and inventory systems.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations.
• Comfortable working with databases and system logic.
• Able to think in workflows, not just tasks.
• Structured, process-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communicator across technical and business teams.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP/Agile) are a plus.
• Experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, or operations-driven organizations preferred.

Experience Required

• 3–6 years in IT systems, integrations, or IT project roles.
• Experience in ERP implementation or system integration projects.
• Experience supporting business operations teams preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,583.03 - ₹49,249.58 per month
