About the Role

LHH is partnering with a U.S.-based organization operating in an asset‑intensive, operations‑driven environment to hire an IT Systems Support Analyst. This team supports business, operations, and technical users across multiple functions and locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting enterprise systems in a structured, onsite environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide front‑line support for enterprise applications and business systems
• Support users across operational, technical, and corporate teams
• Assist with system access, permissions, and role provisioning
• Troubleshoot application issues and document support requests
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining responsiveness and service quality
• Support user onboarding and offboarding related to system access
• Assist with testing and validation of system updates and enhancements
• Follow established security, access governance, and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems/application support
• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• (internships or hands‑on experience considered)
• Interest in enterprise systems or business applications
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured processes
• Clear communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset
• Reliability and accountability in a process‑driven environment
• Comfort working onsite with operational teams

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP or enterprise systems
• Experience in a helpdesk or ticket‑based support environment
• Familiarity with user access management or Active Directory
• Internship or coursework tied to business systems or enterprise applications
• Experience supporting users in operational or hands‑on work environments
