About the Role
LHH is partnering with a
U.S.-based organization operating in an assetāintensive, operationsādriven environment
to hire an IT Systems Support Analyst. This team supports business, operations, and technical users across multiple functions and locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is looking to gain
handsāon experience supporting enterprise systems
in a structured, onsite environment.
What Youāll Do
-
Provide frontāline support for
enterprise applications and business systems
-
Support users across operational, technical, and corporate teams
-
Assist with
system access, permissions, and role provisioning
-
Troubleshoot application issues and document support requests
-
Escalate complex issues while maintaining responsiveness and service quality
-
Support user onboarding and offboarding related to system access
-
Assist with testing and validation of system updates and enhancements
-
Follow established
security, access governance, and operational procedures
What Weāre Looking For
-

of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems/application support
-
Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field
-
(internships or handsāon experience considered)

Interest in enterprise systems or business applications
-
Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured processes

Clear communication skills and a serviceāoriented mindset

Reliability and accountability in a processādriven environment

Comfort working
onsite
with operational teams
Nice to Have

Exposure to ERP or enterprise systems

Experience in a helpdesk or ticketābased support environment

Familiarity with user access management or Active Directory

Internship or coursework tied to business systems or enterprise applications

Experience supporting users in operational or handsāon work environments
