IT / Systems Support Specialist

A fast-paced third-party logistics and fulfillment operation is seeking a hands-on IT / Systems Support Specialist to join a growing Information Technology team. This role reports directly to the IT Manager and supports both warehouse operations and corporate systems.

This is a highly operational role combining helpdesk support, WMS system maintenance, infrastructure improvement, and data/process documentation. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, troubleshoots deeply, and helps build structure and standards across systems.an integral part of your experience here.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager with daily IT operations and ongoing system improvements
• Perform daily maintenance and support for:
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Office and warehouse equipment (PCs, printers, RF devices)
• Develop a working understanding of facility infrastructure and drive improvements:
• Network cleanup and optimization
• Wireless access point coverage (especially in warehouse rack locations)
• Support and maintain IT systems across multiple locations:
• Remote troubleshooting for satellite facilities and affiliated offices
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across environments
• System implementation support:
• Perform QC/QA testing for new integrations and system changes
• Validate outputs and ensure expected results
• Documentation and process standardization:
• Customer-specific label and packing slip requirements
• Internal IT systems, workflows, and procedures
• User access and security control:
• Assist in standardizing user permissions across systems
• Ensure proper access levels are maintained
• Document onboarding procedures, credentials, and system access
• Hardware inventory and lifecycle management:
• Track PCs, scanners, printers, and related equipment
• Maintain backup inventory (printers, toner, devices) for operational continuity
• Support hardware repair, setup, and replacement
• Perform miscellaneous data entry and system support tasks as needed

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
