Team Leader Oracle – SolarEdge Technologies

SolarEdge, a global leader in smart energy technology, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Oracle to join our dynamic IT production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Oracle ERP expertise and proven leadership capabilities, ready to drive impactful solutions in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants across production, supply chain, and finance.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and integrity of infrastructure data within Oracle Fusion modules, including Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, and finance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and support for internal clients.
  • Manage task planning and control across various teams and report progress and issues to HQ.
  • Manage and optimize data interfaces and ensure accurate execution of production site definitions.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle modules: Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, Production.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience in global enterprise environments – an advantage.
