- Integration Support: Hands-on experience with API setups, webhooks, and third-party integrations to assist clients in connecting systems smoothly.
- SaaS Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud-based applications, user management, and feature configuration.
- Customer Communication: Ability to handle technical queries professionally through chat, email, or calls — ensuring clear and solution-driven responses.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving software or integration issues quickly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases for faster issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support is required
