We are seeking an IT Technical Analyst. The IT Technical Analyst supports the design, development, and maintenance of technology solutions that enable the organization’s business operations. This role works collaboratively with team members, business partners, and IT stakeholders to implement and support systems that enhance performance and align with business needs.
The IT Technical Analyst applies technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset to deliver solutions and provide ongoing support in a dynamic environment. The role may support various domains within IT, including application development, system integrations, and enterprise platforms.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions that support key business operations.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and help translate them into functional solutions.
- Support system integrations, data flows, and application configurations under the direction of senior team members.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements with guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and end users to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile ceremonies and iterative practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, workflows, and technical processes.
- Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Participate in production support activities, including on-call rotations as assigned.
- May perform additional duties, as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, development, systems analysis, or IT operations.
- Experience supporting and implementing business applications or integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—for working with technical and non-technical audiences.
Physical Requirements
This position primarily operates in an office environment (on-site or remote) and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, as well as occasional walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 10 pounds).
