Below Is The Job Description <ul><li>Help troubleshoot application issues, OS issues, networking problems, login issues</li><li>Help troubleshoot application issues, OS issues, networking problems and login issues</li><li>Provide general help to other members of the Systems team</li><li>Provide late cover on a rotational shift pattern</li><li>Perform software installs</li><li>Develops and conducts system test plans</li><li>Evaluates the performance of existing systems, identifies and evaluates the suitability of adjustments that will improve performance</li><li>Provides technical support to operations staff and developers during the resolution of production problems</li><li>Evaluates and tests vendor-supplied packages</li><li>Supports the customer in a technical help desk environment with focus on first call problem resolution while maintaining true five-star</li></ul>

As an essential member of the Systems team, you’ll troubleshoot a variety of technical issues—from software and OS glitches to network and login problems—while delivering helpful support to both colleagues and customers. Expect hands-on involvement in installing software, system testing, evaluating performance improvements, and responding rapidly in a dynamic help desk environment.
