Role Purpose

This is a junior-level role for professionals with 0–3 years of experience, based in Bhopal, who want hands-on exposure to cybersecurity tools, endpoint management, and compliance implementation.

The role is primarily remote, with periodic travel to the Gurgaon office for onboarding, training, or project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support:

- Assist in deployment and configuration of Antivirus, DLP, MDM, and UEM solutions

- Support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments

- Follow standard SOPs and implementation checklists

Technical Support (Remote – L1/L2/L3):

- Provide remote support via remote tools, tickets, email, and calls

- Troubleshoot endpoint, device, and policy issues

- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or OEM support

- Maintain proper documentation and ticket updates

Compliance & Documentation Support:

- Assist in ISO 27001 and DPDP Act compliance activities

- Collect technical evidence such as logs, screenshots, and configurations

- Support preparation of compliance and technical documentation

Mandatory Requirements

Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS

- Understanding of endpoint security and data protection concepts

- Basic knowledge to MDM / UEM

- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, internet)

Other Requirements:

- Must be based in Bhopal or nearby areas

- Willing to travel to Gurgaon office when required

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup

Preferred Skills:

- Internship or project experience in IT support or cybersecurity

- Exposure to endpoint security, DLP, or device management tools

- Awareness of ISO 27001 or data protection regulations

Education:

- BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) / B.Tech / Diploma in IT

- Final-year students may be considered for contract roles
