IT TECHNICIAN

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP Technical Administration (Preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill) and should have knowledge & experience in Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
• Excellent customer focus/Networking/Relationship Building/Results-driven/Decision-making skills. - Strong background in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products, and cloud technology
• Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English, Arabic Language skill is a plus.
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certification such as A+, CCNA, or MCSE may be required
