- Minimum 8+ years of SAP Technical Administration (Preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill) and should have knowledge & experience in Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
- Excellent customer focus/Networking/Relationship Building/Results-driven/Decision-making skills. - Strong background in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products, and cloud technology
- Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English, Arabic Language skill is a plus.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
