IT Technician

1. Hardware Skills

• PC/laptop assembly and disassembly
• Troubleshooting hardware issues
• Replacing components (RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, GPU, etc.)
• Printer setup and repair
• Understanding peripherals (scanners, cameras, etc.)

2. Software Skills

• Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Software installation & troubleshooting
• Understanding system drivers
• Malware removal and system cleanup

4. System Administration (Basic)

• Managing user accounts
• Understanding Active Directory
• Backup and recovery procedures
• Working with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Soft Skills

· Clear communication with non-technical users

Education Requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field — Mandatory

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
