Position Title: IT Technician

Position Summary:
The IT Technician provides front-line technical support to internal staff and external clients across the Microsoft ecosystem and MSP toolsets.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience or a two-year technical/associate degree. Responsibilities include support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams Voice, Dynamics navigation, Power Automate basics, Ubiquiti networking, Exclaimer, and Datto systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams Voice.
- Perform basic Azure AD tasks including password resets, MFA issues, and group membership updates.
- Handle service ticket intake, triage, documentation, and timely resolution.
- Assist users with basic Dynamics CRM navigation and troubleshooting.
- Support Level 1 Power Automate flow troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot Ubiquiti/Unifi Wi-Fi, switches, and access points.
- Assist with Datto RMM alerts, backups, and device remediation tasks.
- Support and manage Exclaimer email signature configurations.
- Escalate complex issues with complete ticket notes.
- Perform updates, maintenance, and device provisioning tasks.
