IT Technician

Join Our Team as a Technician / Consultant!

What You'll Do

• Utilize the Atera platform for ticketing, device management, and cyber security.
• Leverage AI & KB articles for issue resolution.
• Employ RMM tools to tackle client-reported problems.
• Provide onsite support when devices require physical intervention, such as laptop HDD replacements.
• Receive comprehensive training on all applications mentioned above upon hiring.

What We Require

• 2 years of IT experience (e.g., Desktop Support).
• 1-2 years of Microsoft 365 experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, etc.).
• Willingness to obtain a Cyber Security Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Basic understanding of VPNs.
• Optional: Experience with government contracts is a bonus!
