IT Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Technician to join our technology support team. In this role, you will be the frontline problem solver for a wide range of technical issues, ensuring seamless operations of our healthcare system. Your expertise will help maintain optimal performance across hardware, software, and network systems, delivering exceptional support to our users and healthcare staff.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
  • Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to ensure they operate efficiently
  • Answer inbound help desk calls, tickets and emails from users and the healthcare team.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher level support or application teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing IT support with strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • High school diploma or GED required, degree in IT field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication required
  • HIPAA training / credential required.
  • Experience supporting a healthcare environment preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
