Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT role.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of internet security and data privacy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter.
- Strategic thinker with excellent time management skills.
- Experience with Yardi Systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, and email server protection.
- Familiarity with managing third-party vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Linux, or storage servers.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user accounts and login credentials.
- Ensure proper management of user access and security protocols.
- Configure new workstations, including peripherals and necessary applications.
- Provide guidance on system access and usage while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Oversee company data across key systems (Autotask/Datto, SQL Server, Email Server, VOIP Server).
- Organize and manage Help Desk tickets; assign issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, printers, and other devices.
- Replace or repair devices as needed.
- Assist with email and system security, and educate users on phishing and other threats.
- Install new network equipment and ensure network security.
- Install new camera security systems and replace cameras or other equipment as needed.

- Property Management: Yardi Voyager
- Marketing Management: Rent Café/Site Manager
- Document & Cloud Storage: Datto
- Office Suite: Microsoft Office 365
- Email Security: Mimecast
- VOIP: Ipitomy
- Remote Access: Pulseway
- After Hours Support: Callmax
- Security Systems: Annke, Dahua, Blue Iris
