We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Technician to support and maintain our technology infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations, corporate offices, and central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software across stores and offices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot networks, routers, switches, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices.
- Serve as the main point of contact with technology vendors (internet providers, phone services, POS systems, delivery platforms, and surveillance systems).
- Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain and update operational and administrative tools in cloud-based platforms.
- Manage menus, pricing, and product updates across POS systems and food delivery platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support, networking, or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cloud-based tools is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

- Inglés básico/intermedio (preferente).
