IT Technician cum CCTV Lead

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of IT Technician cum CCTV lead for our new project Mega Mall based in karachi.

Position: IT Technician cum CCTV lead

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics.

Salary: 70000 - 75000

Experience: 2-3 years

Job Duties:

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across company entities.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, servers, and network equipment.
• Lead CCTV operations including installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of DVR/NVR and IP camera systems.
• Supervise control room operations, ensuring proper monitoring and daily reporting.
• Maintain CCTV footage archives and post sales closing footage for assigned entities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of system failures.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and CCTV system upgrades.
• Train and guide team members on CCTV monitoring and IT troubleshooting practices.
