IT Trainer (Las Vegas - Local Candidates Only)

Location: Las Vegas, NV; 100% on-site; local candidates only - no exceptions

Pay: $45/hr (1099 contract)

Requirements (candidates must meet or exceed these requirments):

• Agreement to follow IRS Pub 1075 Requirements
• Agreement to State background check
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior, education, communications, business or public administration or related field
• At least 8 years of professional experience as an IT trainer
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple training initiatives.
• Proficiency with technology and online training platforms
• Experience in government or public sector environments is preferred (but not required) with experience in tax administration a plus but not necessary.
