We are looking for a high caliber Senior IT Digital Innovation Health Information Systems Manager who combines strong healthcare IT expertise with creativity and digital innovation skills

The ideal candidate will not only manage and secure clinical systems PACS RIS LIS HIS but will also lead digital transformation contribute to website and application development support digital branding and collaborate with management and marketing teams to enhance the organizations online presence user experience and patient engagement

This is a strategic leadership role that bridges clinical operations technology and digital creativity

Core Responsibilities

Healthcare Information Systems
Full management of
PACS RIS LIS HIS
EMR EHR platforms

Ensure seamless integration between
Imaging modalities CT MRI X ray Ultrasound
Laboratory analyzers
Clinical and administrative systems

Supervise interoperability standards DICOM HL7 APIs

Infrastructure Cloud Network
Oversee
Servers on premise and cloud based
PACS storage archiving and backups
Network architecture LAN WAN VPN firewalls

Ensure system availability scalability and disaster recovery planning

Cybersecurity Data Governance
Implement advanced data protection and cybersecurity strategies
Manage access control encryption audit logs and incident response
Ensure patient data confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

Digital Innovation Creativity
Lead or contribute to
Design and development of the company website
Patient portals and internal web platforms
Mobile applications patient apps appointment booking report access

Collaborate on
User experience UX UI improvements
Digital workflow automation

Propose and implement innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency and patient satisfaction

Social Media Digital Content Support
Provide technical and creative support for
Social media posts medical educational promotional
Landing pages and online campaigns

Ensure digital platforms are
Secure
Optimized
Integrated with backend systems appointments reports analytics

Support automation tools and analytics for digital marketing

Operational Support Problem Solving
Act as the highest level technical reference for
Radiologists

Laboratory staff

Handle complex issues including

Integration and performance problems

Vendor Project Budget Management
Coordinate with
PACS RIS LIS vendors
Imaging equipment vendors
Software developers and digital agencies

Lead IT and digital projects
New system implementations
Upgrades
Migrations

Manage budgets contracts and service level agreements

Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in
Information Technology
Computer Science
Biomedical Engineering

Masters degree preferred

Five to seven years experience in healthcare IT

Strong experience with
PACS RIS LIS HIS
Medical imaging environments

Proven creativity in
Web platforms
Digital solutions
System optimization

Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills

Preferred and Added Skills
Experience in
Website development
Mobile application coordination

Understanding of
UX UI principles

Experience in radiology centers or large diagnostic facilities
