99 Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a proactive ITAD Sales Advisor to drive new business growth from our Islamabad office. This is a high-impact outbound role where you will consult IT managers, procurement teams, and C-level executives on critical IT Asset Disposition services. You will build relationships and secure deals that help organizations retire their surplus IT equipment responsibly.

What You Will Do

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Consult and educate clients on compliant ITAD including NIST and HIPAA compliant data destruction, certified R2v3 recycling, and asset value recovery
• Close deals by qualifying prospects, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales or business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and the asset lifecycle
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
