Italian / French Chef – Yacht Assignment (2 Months)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Italian or French Chef to join our team on board a private boat/yacht for a 2*-month contract*.

Position Details

• Position: Italian / French Chef
• Location: On Board Private Boat/Yacht
• Contract Duration: 2 Months
• Salary: USD 5,500 per month
• Start Date: Immediate / As Soon As Available

Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing authentic Italian and/or French cuisine.
• Previous experience working on yachts, cruise ships, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurants is preferred.
• Flexible, professional, and capable of working in a confined onboard environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals to a high culinary standard.
• Design varied and creative menus.
• Manage food provisioning and storage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
