IT/Billing Rep - Chakwal

Job Summary:
We are hiring an IT/medical billing representative to join our team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The role involves submitting insurance claims and following up on payments.

Responsibilities:

• Verify patient and insurance information
• Submit medical claims to insurance companies
• Respond to billing-related inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Perform data entry and daily billing tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare or billing education is a plus)
• 0–1 year experience in medical billing or healthcare office work
• Good English communication skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; billing software experience is a plus
