RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Strategy, Governance & Leadership
- Develop, implement, and manage the IT/OT/Digital strategy and budget to align with corporate goals.
- Lead the execution of IT/OT, and Digital programs, ensuring responsiveness to business needs and technology evolution.
- Establish and enforce policies, standards, and protocols for technology use, data management, and service delivery and digital innovation.
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on emerging technologies, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation.
IT/OT Operations & Service Management
- Oversee daily operation and performance of all IT and OT, and Digital systems including infrastructure, software applications, digital platforms, web/mobile solutions, and critical systems.
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of internal web and mobile applications in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Manage and continuously improve existing digital tools and platforms, ensuring high availability, usability, and alignment with business needs.
- Ensure strong coordination of IT activities across departments, prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor system performance and service delivery metrics against KPIs and business expectations.
- Implement and manage IT service delivery, including vendor management and in-house teams.
Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols, risk management, and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
- Oversee the development and enforcement of business continuity and information security policies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Foster collaboration with internal departments, the client, technology partners, and RATP Group to ensure value-driven integration.
- Build strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders to improve delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Translate user requirements into technology solutions; align IT/OT services with stakeholder expectations.
Team Development & Capacity Building
- Manage and develop the IT/OT/Digital team, aligning skills with current and future organizational needs.
- Promote a culture of continuous service improvement, technical excellence, and operational agility.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance management to IT personnel.
- Foster Agile and DevOps practices within the Digital team to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE:
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., platforms, networks, databases, cloud, cybersecurity).
- Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, HRMS, SharePoint, MS Dynamics, O365, Maximo, time/attendance systems).
- Knowledge of OT and critical system integration, interfacing, and system assurance practices.
- Strong grasp of IT governance, software/system lifecycle, and service management methodologies.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of relevant IT/OT experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs.
- Background in business analysis, change management, and IT solution design.
- Experience working in transportation, public services, or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
