- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with third-party Technology Solutions Provider for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT upgrades and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Support audiovisual and communication systems (e.g., video conferencing, VoIP).
- Train staff in IT systems and best practices.
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads).
- Create and manage engaging content tailored to the construction industry, including project showcases, company updates, and client success stories.
- Optimize the company’s website and social media pages to increase visibility and improve ranking on search engines.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns to target potential clients, consultants, and developers in Dubai and the UAE market.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices in construction marketing.
