Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) tailored to each city
- Build relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and local health practitioners
- Manage digital presence: SEO, social media, Google Ads, content creation
- Track ROI on campaigns and report on lead generation
- Coordinate with local staff and doctors to ensure aligned messaging
- Handle branding, patient testimonials, and community outreach
- Organize CMEs, medical camps, public awareness programs, and digital campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and patient footfall.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Identify local market trends and customer needs to drive campaigns.
- Report to the central marketing team and management regularly. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare or IVF marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital and field marketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
