IVF Marketing Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) tailored to each city
  • Build relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and local health practitioners
  • Manage digital presence: SEO, social media, Google Ads, content creation
  • Track ROI on campaigns and report on lead generation
  • Coordinate with local staff and doctors to ensure aligned messaging
  • Handle branding, patient testimonials, and community outreach
  • Organize CMEs, medical camps, public awareness programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and patient footfall.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Identify local market trends and customer needs to drive campaigns.
  • Report to the central marketing team and management regularly. Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare or IVF marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and field marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
