• History taking
• Ivf / procedure counselling
• Financial package counselling
• Consents forms preparation
• Documentation and discharge summaries preparation
• Patients follow up
• Collaborate on intervention plans with other mental health specialists, doctors, nurses, and social workers
• Assist family members and primary caregivers in managing mental behavioral challenges
