Jacket Yard HSE Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the jacket yard operations in the MENA and Europe regions.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Train and educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that all safety requirements are met.
Monitor and maintain safety records and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations and make recommendations for improvements to safety procedures.
Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures in case of an incident.
Conduct safety meetings and provide regular updates on safety performance to the project team.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the MENA and Europe regions.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel to project sites in the MENA and Europe regions.
