Summary

We are seeking a Janitor to join our team at Summit Building Services, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
