- Follow set guidelines to perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties in the facility
- Perform on-request janitorial duties as requested by supervision/management
- Assist in establishing and maintaining safety, housekeeping and preventive guidelines in assigned areas.
- Responsible for timely reporting of problems in work area to appropriate personnel
- Responsible for adhering to company policy and procedures
- Conform to all requirements of internal and external Carhartt customers
- Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Average hand/eye/foot coordination
- Ability to train and positively interact with other associates
- Ability to adjust to doing multiple task
- Ability to work with general cleaning chemicals (cleaners, sanitizers, etc.)
- Manufacturing Environment
- Union and non-union environment.
- On-Site location: Associate will work on site for all work-related activities.
- Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs.)
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
