Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle custodial duties across multiple areas, ensuring restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common spaces are hygienic and organized.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like reporting issues related to plumbing.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tools are properly stored and maintained for optimal performance.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly
• Experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation ensures efficient task completion.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail is important.
