About the Role:

We’re hiring two dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to manage our weekly restroom deep-cleaning routes across Iowa. Each route includes about 14–16 retail restroom locations, completed on a flexible weekly schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, travel, and steady, reliable hours with a company that values professionalism and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly restroom deep cleans (floors, partitions, fixtures, mirrors, vents, and walls)
• Operate no-touch cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Complete before-and-after photos and quality checklists
• Manage inventory and report any supply or maintenance needs
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude with store managers
• Safely transport cleaning equipment between sites (company vehicle or mileage paid)

Position Details:

• Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday or 5 days per week
• Hours: 28–35 per week
• Pay: $18/hour + paid fuel (company vehicle provided)
• Travel: Required – route averages 500–650 miles per week
• Location:
• Eastern Iowa Route: Based near Cedar Rapids / Iowa City
• Western Iowa Route: Based near Des Moines / Ankeny

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Experience in janitorial or route-based cleaning (preferred, not required)
