Construction Clean-Up Laborer
Haskell, TX (Must live locally or be willing to relocate – no assistance provided)
$27/hour | Paid biweekly
10-hour shifts | 5–6 days per week
Start Date: May/June (long-term project)

Job Overview:
We’re hiring Construction Clean-Up Laborers to help clean and prepare large job sites. This is a long-term project with steady hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean windows, glass, and building surfaces (inside & outside where reachable)
• Remove dust, dirt, stickers, paint overspray, and construction debris
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors (including carpet areas)
• Clean restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Wipe down doors, handrails, fixtures, and surfaces
• Help clean mechanical rooms and equipment areas
• Power wash exterior areas when needed
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized

Requirements:

• Must be local to Haskell, TX or willing to relocate on your own
• Able to work long hours (10+ hour shifts, 5–6 days/week)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Construction or cleaning experience preferred (we can train the right person)
• Push, pull, lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to safely use ladders or step stools

Pay: $27.00 per hour
