Japanese Bilingual Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
Megumi preschool is Japanese preschool located in Bellevue, WA. We are looking for Childcare staff. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children. Your passion for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment will contribute to the growth and development of preschool-aged students. Owned by a single owner since opening. We are looking for full/ Part-time Childcare teacher candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Start from $19.00/hr ~ DOE

Operation hour: 7:30am to 5:30pm

Our preschool offers care to 3months old to 5 years old.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and childhood development
- Teach proper Japanese language skills to children (speaking and Hiragana reading)
- Provide early intervention support for children with learning challenges
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning
- Educate students on basic toddler and infant care practices
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a structured and productive learning environment

Qualifications
- Minimum High school graduate and older than 18-year-old.

- Japanese speaking level Business/ native
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth
- Knowledge of preschool curriculum standards and best practices
